Digital Products

Because this is a digital product, no physical item will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please reach out to us—we are always happy to help ensure you receive what you purchased.

Shipped (Physical) Products
We want you to love what you receive, and quality is important to us. All physical products are made to order, especially for you.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns, including:
- Change-of-mind returns
- Sizing-related returns
- Preference-based returns
However, if there is a print error, damage, or visible quality issue, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
How to Report a Quality Issue

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface
- Images that clearly show the issue or damage
This step helps us review your request quickly and accurately.
Cancellations
Product Order Cancellation Policy
All physical products are made to order.
- You may cancel or edit your order using the link provided in your confirmation email before it goes into production.
- Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.
- After delivery, you have 14 days to contact us regarding any quality-related concerns.
Refunds & Replacements
Product Order Refund Policy
Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of confirmed quality issues.
Refunds or replacements are considered only when:
- A clear quality issue is present, and
- Supporting photos are provided as outlined above
Refund Processing Times:
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer if applied.
